Ameena graduated from The University of Manchester in 2018. She was commended for her treatment planning and technical abilities by receiving the Hans Kurer Award for best final year patient treatment case at graduation. This inspired her to pursue further post-graduate training in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry with the Royal College of Surgeons. Ameena keeps up to date with the latest evidence-based dentistry and continuously develops herself professionally by attending courses regularly.
Ameena has worked in various practices across the northwest of England and London. She enjoys building a rapport with her patients and supporting their longstanding care. She takes pride in her ability to manage nervous patients, including children. Ameena is a registered Invisalign provider and uses Invisalign in combination with whitening and composite bonding to achieve high aesthetic results for her patients.
Outside of work Ameena likes swimming. She is a keen artist and specialises in painting landscapes in acrylic medium. She also enjoys hiking with her son and husband and misses the rugged landscapes of the North.
